Come to the modern kitchen classroom at the Stade and learn how to make delicious Sourdough Bread, with a no knead method that can easily fit into your daily life. See the different stages of dough fermentation and the various techniques needed to build the structure of the loaf.
Bake your own loaf to take home with you, and while it’s baking, have a delicious lunch (including sourdough of course!) You will also take home some organic active sourdough starter and various recipe sheets. This is a course designed for anyone interested in learning to bake with natural, wild yeast, and to eat healthier bread than commercial loaves, that is much more easily digested, often even by those with gluten intolerances.
No experience is necessary.
